People always say that Canada has the highest rates out there for cellphones. It’s slowly changing just need to investigate for sure. Thanks for sharing.
I heard that Rogers has an unlimited plan – similar to what has been offered in the states for years. For now Public seems like the best value out there for people that know exactly what they consume.
